Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are dissatisfied with the item and there are no quality issues, you are entitled to return it for a refund. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Additionally, the item must be complete, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received at the Oukitel Power warehouse for inspection, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Below is a detailed list of return shipping costs by product model.

If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, a full refund cannot be provided, and the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

2. Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation via email to the EU OUKTEL official store within 48 hours of placing the order.
If the item has already been shipped, an interception fee of €25 will be charged.
Please note that once an item has been shipped, transaction fees may be applied depending on the payment channel.

3. Lost/Damaged Items
If the product is not delivered or is lost, please contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, or the product you receive is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately and provide video and/or photographic evidence.

4. Refunds
For non-quality issues, refunds will be provided in accordance with the "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee."
For quality issues, a partial refund based on the usage time of the device may be provided 30 days after purchase.
Once the product is returned to the EU OUKTEL warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a refund notification will be sent to the customer's email address.
