Oukitel EP2500 Balcony Solar System 2500W | 2048Wh?

The shipment of Oukitel EP2500 Balcony Solar System 2500W | 2048Wh + EP2000 arrived very quickly 19 days ago in 2 well-packed packages. The gift package, SMART METER ADL200W-CT/WF-1-D16, arrived 2 days after the previous two packages. The visual appearance of the solar system is much better than it appears in the pictures of the device on the website, because its simple design betrays its professionalism. From the data
After opening the package and the initial electrical installation, I easily connected the SOLAR SYSTEM to my mobile phone via the SmartLife application. For input, I used a 500W, 36.6V PV panel at idle during a completely sunny day. So far, I have tried it with the PV panel (Off Grid status, battery charging and powering consumers) and found that it works correctly. The On grid status does not appear on the display nor did I notice that the energy goes to the grid, although working Mode 1 was turned on for Grid Priority. For enabled Backup Mode, the battery is charged from the grid.
Unfortunately, all this is not accompanied by a complete user manual with the necessary explanations, Nowhere did he describe how to communicate and use the Smart Meter (what is the password for WiFi, is it WiFi name: serial number 26051104200047?) and how it manages the operation of the solar system. I have not been able to find instructions on how to communicate with the Smart Meter (it came without a user manual) with the EP2500.
- So far I have used 4 microinverters on grid (with 8x 280W PV panels) and I plan to connect them to the EP2500 and store the energy obtained in batteries. What to watch out for in this connection? From the attached instructions, it is not clear to me whether solar inputs on the EP2500 can be used in addition to microinverters and with what restrictions.
I tried to contact the Oukitel customer service [****] (27/08/2026) to resolve the above issues, but until today (09/09/2026) I have not received any response, which is very disappointing. An expanded edition of the user's manual would certainly be useful, in which the aforementioned ambiguities of the communication connection of the Smart Meter with the EP2500 and the possibilities and method of using the Smart Meter in the EP2500 system would be clarified. What needs to be done, and what are the conditions to turn on Grid Mode and enable energy exchange between the EP2500 system and the grid. Given that this is a new product, such omissions are understandable and I trust that Oukitel will acknowledge these shortcomings of the user manual and add the necessary clarifications and expand the user manual so that the usability of this great product can be fully utilized.

ich brauche bitte dringend eure Hilfe mit meiner Bestellung. Ich habe die OUKITEL P2001 Plus Powerstation bestellt, aber beim Sendungsverlauf stimmt etwas ganz und gar nicht und ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich besorgt.

Gestern Mittag (25.08., 13:34 Uhr) stand im Tracking plötzlich, dass das Paket in Hagen zugestellt wurde („Delivered“). Bei mir zu Hause ist aber überhaupt nichts angekommen, niemand hat geklingelt und es lag auch keine Benachrichtigungskarte im Briefkasten.

Als ich abends noch einmal nachgeschaut habe, hat sich der Status wieder geändert: Um 18:52 Uhr hieß es auf einmal „Parcel handed to Pickup parcelshop by consignor“ in Neufahrn (DE48145|Änderungsschneiderei-Tabakwaren Alb). Das ist hunderte Kilometer von meiner Lieferadresse in Hagen entfernt!

Ich verstehe überhaupt nicht, was hier passiert ist. Wurde die Sendungsnummer vertauscht oder ging das Paket direkt wieder zurück? Die Powerstation wird hier dringend erwartet und dieser Status-Wirrwarr macht mir wirklich Sorgen.

Könnt ihr bitte dringend bei DPD nachprüfen, wo sich mein Paket aktuell befindet und wann es an meine Adresse geliefert wird?

Salve ho comprato BP3000

Salve ho comprato BP3000 per la gestione di un piccolo chiosco dove non arriva la corrente, ho integrato la power con un pannello da 500w e un generatore a benzina devo dire un bomba veramente efficiente sono 3 mesi che lavora. Unica cosa da rivedere il pulsante del display

Good quality built and i am going to add a couple PV later this month! The only problem i can see the smart meter they sent has no instructions and can't connect it to check if it's working.

Oukitel P800E 512 Wh power station

I received an Oukitel P800E power station + PV100 panel 10 days ago and charged it immediately to 100%. For 10 days there is 0% self-discharge, which is excellent.
Weight is 5.9 kgs and is very convenient to transport. Comes with its own power cable and a MC4 to DC5521 50 cm long cable.
Ports work well, the integrated LED flashlight has 2 power levels + 1 strobe.
The 12V cigarette lighter port has a rubber protective cap, but the Schuko socket and the USB ports do not have. It would be nice to put protective dust caps on them too. The item is portable and is very useful on campings, so some dust protection of the bare ports would be fine. The extra covers can be bought separately, by the way.
It is also a good idea for users to buy an extra 12V car cigarette lighter to DC5521 charger cable with a replaceable fuse.
Delivery was fast, packing was excellent and I would definitely recommend the item and the seller.
