Warranty Policy

Warranty Period
● For portable power station products (P5000 Pro, P2001 Plus, P2001 Pro, BP3000, B2000L, P1000 Plus, P800 power stations), the warranty period is 3 years (1-year standard + 2-year extended subscription).
● For solar panels and their accessories (including cables, chargers), including PV400, PV200, PV100 solar panels, a 12-month warranty is provided.
● Free gifts are not covered under warranty. Warranty periods may vary by country/region and are subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Any defects or damage caused by product misuse, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or failure to operate in accordance with official instructions or manuals;

  2. Non-quality issues;

  3. Purchases without valid proof of purchase;

  4. Refunded items;

  5. Items beyond the warranty period;

  6. Any defects or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;

  7. Any defects or damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party components;

  8. Lost or stolen products;

  9. Free products.

Return Policy
At EU OUKTEL, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to EU OUKTEL within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  1. Contact Support Center
    To initiate a return, please provide your name, the item(s) to be returned, order information, and valid proof of purchase (such as an order number from an EU OUKTEL online purchase or a sales invoice). You may also register your order through our return center at: https://eu.oukitel.com/pages/claim-warranty

  2. Return Request Processing
    Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days after receiving the return request form and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label. All returns must include the RMA label to be processed.

  3. Preparing the Return
    Please affix the return label to the outside of the package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible. Packages without an RMA number may be rejected.

Return Notes:
Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our local warehouse.

Please Note:
Item Condition: Returned items must be unopened and include all accessories, product manuals, and cables. We cannot accept returns if items are damaged or missing accessories.
Shipping Fee Policy: Shipping fees are non-refundable. All return-related costs (including but not limited to shipping, taxes, and customs clearance fees) are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may contact EU OUKTEL customer service for a return cost estimate; relevant logistics fees depend on the region from which the consumer submits the product.
Liability Disclaimer: EU OUKTEL assumes no responsibility for products lost or damaged during the return process.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The exact time of receipt depends on the bank's settlement cycle.

Special Notes:
We only accept returns and refunds for products purchased directly from EU OUKTEL. For products purchased through authorized dealers, customers should contact the dealer directly for returns and refunds. If you purchased a product directly from EU OUKTEL and wish to request a refund, please follow the return and refund policy above.
Only non-quality-related returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase are accepted. For orders beyond 30 days, non-quality-related refunds or exchanges will not be processed. If a product has quality issues, after-sales handling will follow the EU OUKTEL warranty policy.
In the event of any conflict between service policies and local laws and regulations, local laws and regulations shall prevail.

Exchange Policy
If an EU OUKTEL product cannot be repaired due to defects in workmanship or materials within the applicable warranty period, EU OUKTEL will be responsible for the replacement (at EU OUKTEL's expense). The warranty period for the replacement product will be the same as that of the original product.

Please note that for quality-related warranty claims, if a refurbished model is not available in our inventory, we will replace the product with a factory-refurbished model of equivalent value (where available). A brand-new product will be sent. If a replacement is not possible or is not the preferred option, EU OUKTEL will provide a partial refund based on the usage time of the device.

Please contact our support center with your name, order number, and product information. Our staff will respond within 1-2 business days to process the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the returned item is received, please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement to be processed.
