I am extremely disappointed with your customer service. I still have not received my package, and I don’t understand why no one is responding to me.

What is the purpose of customer support if I can’t get any help with a serious issue like this? I paid for my order, but I still don’t have the item I purchased.

I have already explained my situation multiple times. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the delivery company immediately, checked with my neighbors, and confirmed that the package is not here.

Instead of helping me resolve this issue, I feel like I am being ignored. This is unacceptable.

I expect you to investigate this matter immediately and provide me with a clear solution. If my package cannot be located, I expect a full refund or a replacement without any further delays.

Please stop ignoring my messages and respond as soon as possible. I paid for my order, and I expect the level of service that every customer deserves.

Just perfect

I have a cottage without electricity. Oukitel P1000 Plus was just perfect choice for my needs since the ice box and owen works with gas. I had two 90 W solar panels that I connected to the power station so I don't have to charge it from the network at all.
