1. Warranty
Warranty Term
The EP2500 / EP2000 Power Station is covered by a 10-year warranty. Warranty duration may vary by country and region and is subject to local laws.
The PV450 solar panel is covered by a 12-month warranty.
What Is Covered
We offer free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or improper operation contrary to the user manual
- Returns for non-quality-related reasons (personal preference, wrong item ordered)
- Orders without valid proof of purchase
- Refunded products or out-of-warranty units
- Damage caused by liquid ingress, overheating, or other external factors
- Compatibility failures caused by non-official third-party accessories
- Lost or stolen goods
Grid-Tied Certification Notice
This product holds grid-tied certifications for Germany and the Netherlands, where the function is officially approved for use. For other regions, local certification has not yet been completed. Please consult your local grid regulations before enabling this feature.

2. Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for any non-fault reason. The unit must be unopened, complete, and returned in the original packaging. The smart energy meter must also be returned together with the power station. Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after our warehouse receives the returned package.

Non-defective return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted. All related shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please contact our support immediately with photos or video evidence if your package is missing, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
3. Replacement Policy
If the faulty unit cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement. The replacement product inherits the remaining warranty period of the original product. If the same model is out of stock, an equivalent alternative unit will be provided. A partial refund may be offered if replacement cannot be arranged, calculated based on usage duration.
