OUKITEL energy storage products made a strong appearance at the new energy section of the 139th Canton Fair, attracting global buyers.

The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was held in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, 2026. The first phase (April 15–19), focusing on "Advanced Manufacturing", saw the new energy storage section become a major highlight. OUKITEL’s full range of energy storage products made a strong appearance, drawing professional buyers from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and beyond, with lively on-site discussions.

According to official data, the first phase attracted over 167,000 overseas buyers from more than 210 countries and regions, a year-on-year increase of 5.9% ^[1]. In the new energy section, products ranging from lightweight solar panels to various energy storage cabinets were highly sought after by global buyers. Chinese new energy products have become "hot commodities" overseas due to their solid performance. OUKITEL’s booth maintained high enthusiasm throughout the event, receiving numerous professional buyers.

Global Customer Engagement and Collaboration

During the exhibition, buyers from key markets such as Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia visited the OUKITEL booth to gain in-depth understanding of product specifications, including capacity, output power, safety certifications, and European warehouse delivery capabilities. Many customers expressed strong interest and reached preliminary cooperation intentions on-site.

A German buyer commented after detailed consultation: "The European market has high requirements for product safety and delivery efficiency. OUKITEL’s LiFePO₄ battery technology and local European warehouse configuration are exactly the solutions we need." Meanwhile, buyers from the Middle East focused on high-temperature resistance and large capacity, believing OUKITEL products have clear competitive advantages in their local markets.

Energy Storage Goes Global: A New Growth Window

As global energy costs continue to rise, countries are seeking efficient and affordable green energy solutions. According to Chinese customs data, in 2025, Chinese energy storage companies secured 366 GWh of overseas orders ^[2], a year-on-year increase of 144%, with over 70 companies operating in more than 60 countries and regions. Industry forecasts predict that global new energy storage installations will reach 438 GWh in 2026 ^[3], up 62% year-on-year, driven by AI infrastructure growth, the energy transition, and grid congestion.

The European market performed particularly well – in 2025, new battery energy storage installations in Europe grew by approximately 45% year-on-year, marking the 12th consecutive year of record growth. Entering 2026, Chinese companies have already secured around 30 GWh of energy storage orders in Europe ^[4], making Europe the largest overseas market for Chinese energy storage enterprises.

The energy transition is irreversible, and the synergistic development of solar PV and energy storage has become a global consensus.
