P2001 plus

Bought the P2001 plus for home.
However, while charging or using the inverter, the fan always runs, which is annoying.

With the new firmware, P2001 plus is silent. Perfect.

Bin gar nicht zu frieden

Ich habe auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst immer noch das Problem das der Ventilator auf Vollen Touren läuft, Nach Überprüfung der Software durch Oukitel wurde mir geschrieben das das halt so sei und die Software aktuell ist. Eine weitere schilderung meines Problems wurde seither nicht mehr beantwortet. Bei der Auslieferung war keine Garantieurkunde und auch keine Rechnung dabei. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde das Gerät nicht mehr kaufen. Dann nur noch über Amazon da kann man es einfacher wieder zurück geben. Werde Paypal Garantie beantragen.
