After ordering I noticed that I made a typo in the house number. I wrote in the chat and they promptly corrected the house number. But as I later noticed, the delivery city changed. Although I indicated the correct city. Probably the employee entered the wrong city when changing the house number.
and I noticed this only after I saw from the tracking number that the parcel was not delivered.
I started writing to oukitel support and also to the PDP transport company to make changes, but a week later the parcel returned to the sender.
1/10/24 they confirmed to me that the parcel had returned and would be sent to the correct address, but the tracking number had not yet been provided.
I'm waiting for them to send it again
