After ordering I noticed that I made a typo in the house number. I wrote in the chat and they promptly corrected the house number. But as I later noticed, the delivery city changed. Although I indicated the correct city. Probably the employee entered the wrong city when changing the house number.
and I noticed this only after I saw from the tracking number that the parcel was not delivered.
I started writing to oukitel support and also to the PDP transport company to make changes, but a week later the parcel returned to the sender.
1/10/24 they confirmed to me that the parcel had returned and would be sent to the correct address, but the tracking number had not yet been provided.
I'm waiting for them to send it again

I've got it!

Station itself is very good. Charging proceeding in very fast manner and helps overcome electricity outage.
I've put five-stars due to good product's quality, but option with very long delivery should be considered too.
It (#oukitel_EU3367) was ordered on 12th of July but arrived on 25th of September.

Станція гарна.

Замовляв станцію 5 липня, тобто це на початку акції, але сонячні панелі теж так і не отримав. Сама станція приїхала до адресата у Німеччину 22 серпня. Як вже писали - додаток повна фігня, цікаво, чи є у станції можливість оновлення прошивки? Не подобається, що постійно працюють кулери при підключенні до мережі. А так за ціною пресейлу 800 євро - чудове рішення.

Emballage, expédition, gentillesse dans la communication, un vrai professionnalisme !! Il manque juste que tout soit parfait, l'application Wonderfree n'est pas stable, connexion wifi instable, mais j'espère que oukitel va résoudre ce problème , et là ce sera le top du top, merci oukitel de résoudre les problèmes de l'application Android !!
