SUPER - Macht einen wertigen und robusten Eindruck bei schneller problemloser Lieferung+++++

Nachdem anfänglich 2 Basisstationen BP 2000 geliefert und dies nicht sofort bemerkt wurde, konnte nach Kontaktaufnahme das "Versehen" geheilt werden, indem nach Zusendung eines Rücksendeetiketts der Rücktransport und eine gleichzeitige Zusendung der Erweiterungbatterie P2000 erfolgte !

Super-fest und sicher (doppelt in fester Kartonage und Leistenschutz) verpackt, kamen 2 dicke/fette/schwere Pakete und ein kl. Päckchen ( zusätzliches extra Ladegerät) an, die Postfrau mußte unterstützt werden, insgesamt ca. 50 kg!!!
Nach Akklimation, Verbindung untereinander (alle notwendigen Stecker, Kabel und Verbinder dabei) und einschalten sofort startklar und erkennen untereinander wraren noch ca. 40% Ladung abzulesen. Gebrauchsanleitung und Schnellstartkarte waren dabei (mehrsprachig, auch in deutsch). Werden dann an mein Balkonsolarkraftwerk angeschlossen und in mein Hausnetz eingebunden. Ein 2. Zusatzakku wurde nachbestellt und ist auch schon da, alles versandkostenfrei! So das ich jetzt gut 6Kwh Speicherkapazität habe und überschüssigen Solarstrom abspeichern kann.

U N K L A R und schlecht kommuniziert ist die Garantie- und Gewährleistungszeit, welche mit 1, 2 oder 3(Website) Jahren nicht eindeutig für den Endverbraucher dargestellt wird!
Eine Hilfestellung oder nachträglich eindeutige Zusage wäre da seeehr hilfreich, um auch dahingehend auf der sicheren Seite zu sein, denn allein die Angabe von ca. 3000 Ladezyklen ist da etwas sehr mager!!!
Ansonsten kann ich die Fa. OUKITEL in Preis, Leistung und Qualität nur weiter empfehlen....

Ho acquistato la batteria di espansione per avere come progettato un sistema più capiente per utilizzarlo senza scaricare eccessivamente le batterie ogni volta.
Anche in questo caso come nel primo ordine la spedizione è stata rapida e l'imballaggio molto curato.
Il contenuto è completo dei cavi necessari e la facilità di utilizzo è ottima.

very good concept, only two addons needed

I like the idea of the BS2000 and B2000 expansion for establixhing a home battery system. If the BS2000 could be a little more silent and would have a communication interface (e.g. for Homeassistant and other), the whole system could be perfect. A little firmware upgrade and an external interface couldsolve this, so i look further on the forthcoming development.

I have bp2000 main unit, i expended with 3xb2000 (for the moment). It is a very smuth system, it is like one, i works perfectly, i m happy that i will be able to expand more. It balances itself with the % off battery, very efficient and simple!
