I have read several reviews of the predecessor model Oukitel P2001 that were very positive and mentioned especially that the powerstation is one of the quietest on the market. This was the reason why I ordered the Oukitel P2001 plus in the expectation that it will be as quiet as its predecessor. This is unfortunately NOT the case! As soon as the 230V output is activated, the fans are starting, making so much noise that the powerstation can not be used close to a workplace or in a living area. Due to this I cannot use it for the purpose I ordered it (UPS for my computers at my workplace). I am very disappointed that the successor of a good product has deteriorated to much.

We ordered the BP2000 along with the B2000 expansion. The system performs as expected; however, Oukitel does not currently provide an API to integrate the battery with Home Assistant.
I hope a future firmware update will address this by adding even a basic web server that exposes JSON values for essential data. If implementing an API is not feasible, it would be highly appreciated if Oukitel could share the characteristics_uuid and service_uuid for Bluetooth BLE. This would allow users to retrieve the values via ESPHome Bluetooth proxy and integrate the battery with Home Assistant in an alternative way.
Зарядною станцією задоволений. Спочатку була дещо шумна. Але з допомогою супроводу Oukitel вдалось встановити нову прошивку. Очікую, що вентилятори будуть включатись тільки при великій температурі всередині станції.
In my initial review, I mentioned that I purchased the P1201, and after a month of use, it stopped working completely. The display became unresponsive, parts of the numbers were dim, and the AC output wouldn't function, although the USB port still worked. At that time, I also noted that my attempts to reach support had gone unanswered.
Since then, I have been able to contact customer support via Facebook messages and email. They were responsive and proposed two possible solutions. I opted for a board replacement, and I’m happy to report that it resolved all the issues. Everything is working perfectly now, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the support I received. It's reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product and offers effective solutions when problems arise.
