In my initial review, I mentioned that I purchased the P1201, and after a month of use, it stopped working completely. The display became unresponsive, parts of the numbers were dim, and the AC output wouldn't function, although the USB port still worked. At that time, I also noted that my attempts to reach support had gone unanswered.
Since then, I have been able to contact customer support via Facebook messages and email. They were responsive and proposed two possible solutions. I opted for a board replacement, and I’m happy to report that it resolved all the issues. Everything is working perfectly now, and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the support I received. It's reassuring to know that the company stands behind its product and offers effective solutions when problems arise.
Je vous acheté une station P5000 Pro, ou le système connecté ne fonctionne pas.. j'ai consulté le support service après vente ([****]), pour qu'ils m'aident à résoudre le problème.. Aujourd'hui plus de nouvelle !?
De plus, avec cette commande, il était promis des cadeaux... dont j'en ai jamais vu la couleur !
Pour terminer, la société de livraison que vous utilisez n'est pas fiable.

Зарядною станцією задоволений. Спочатку була дещо шумна. Але з допомогою супроводу Oukitel вдалось встановити нову прошивку. Очікую, що вентилятори будуть включатись тільки при великій температурі всередині станції.
Price of the power station is low and the capacity high, best on the market.
I am using it as a backup for my reef tank with all marine devices and also as emergency power for home.
