Warranty Policy

We provide 1+2 Years (Subscribed) warranty for purchases on eu.oukitel.com. The Warranty Period is starting on the original date that customer have purchased the products.

Warranty Statement

In addition, the warranty covers any functional defects in the Oukitel Power device. If the device experiences any malfunction during the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement as deemed necessary by our authorized technicians.

Furthermore, if the side protection cover is damaged within one year of purchase, customers can send it back to us, and we will provide the necessary replacement parts to restore it to its original condition.

Please note that the warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable. It is important to retain the proof of purchase for warranty claims. Any unauthorized modifications or repairs performed on the device will void the warranty.

In order to facilitate repair services, we kindly request customers to register the SN (Serial Number) located on the back label of the machine.

When applying for repairs, please provide the correct SN number to ensure accurate identification and processing of your device. Failure to provide or providing an incorrect SN number may result in processing delays or the inability to provide repair services.

How to claim your warranty?

Step 3

While the Customer Service Representative processes the claim, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form.

If your item is eligible for Oukitel Warranty Policy, you will received a prepaid shipping label*. Please follow the instructions on how to properly package and return the item safely. Please follow the instructions above before you ship out the products.

Step 4

Oukitel will proceed with replacement 15 business days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

Exclusions of Warranty 

This warranty does not apply:

1.Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
2.Non-quality related issues;
3.Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
4.Items that have been refunded;
5.Items that have expired their warranty period;
6.Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
7.Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
8.Lost or stolen products;
9.Free products.

      Valid proof of purchase

      Order number of purchases made through eu.oukitel.com; Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.
