Not happy

My P1201 is not charging so I have not even gone a chance to test it out. I’ve seen multiple emails and no response. Please help me so I can give a better review.

Fan volume

The powerstation is perfect with a lot of details better than the OUTIKEL P2001 EU except of the fan volume. If I switch on the AC-Mode, the fan is running continiously even tere is no electricity consume. The previous version, P2001 EU, the fan was only running with electricity consumers with 1200 Watt and more. I use it in my mobile home and for me it's not good to hear the fan even if I hav non consumer on, or a low consumer on. I this case the older version was perfect and therfore I will not keep the new version. Sorry and best regards.

Unit has strange ticking sound when AC is ON. Is it dangerous? Support is not answering

I received my unit on Aug 26 and tested it. When the AC is turned ON, I can hear strange ticking electrick sound from the inside (like an electric charge passes between two points, sound like from piezo lighter). I've sent video to support same day and received answer that they need to show it to the engineer. It's almoust 2 weeks I'm waiting for a reply, I wrote several more emails but still no answer. I'm afraid to store this unit in my house if it's broken and can be dangerous. I never received the charging station

I have already written 2 letters to support, but I have not received an answer. Please tell me how and where I can pick up my charging station? Because the delivery service DPD could not deliver the first time (they delivered without warning and no one was at home at the delivery address). And now on the dpd website they write that the package has been returned to the sender. What should I do now?
